machines in the JAF (junior) series are based on a lightweight design concept.
The advantages of this design principal over standard production machines
lie in its shorter overall length (from 2.17 m) and depth (1.33 m), lower
weight and the flexible installation permitted by castors on the 1, 2,
4, and 6-head machines. These allow it to be moved from one location to
another without external assistance.
The JAF series
comprises of 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8-head machines with head spacings of 400
and 495 mm up to a maximum frame length of 4.51 m. Depending on the operating
mode and stitch length, speeds of up to 1,000 rpm are possible. The machines
can be converted from standard to tubular goods or caps simply by manually
moving the work table. |
